Having a distorted sense of self-importance…

The first step in dealing with a victim narcissist is to understand their psychology. These individuals often have a distorted sense of self-importance and are unable to empathize with others. They see themselves as the center of the universe, and believe that the world owes them something. This entitlement complex is often rooted in a childhood history of neglect, abuse or trauma. As a result, they have developed a coping mechanism of using their victim status to gain attention and control over others.

Victimhood narcissism

It is a sad reality of our modern world that victimhood has become a badge of honor for some, a way to gain attention and sympathy while avoiding responsibility for one’s own actions. This trend has given rise to a new breed of individual – the victimhood narcissist – whose preoccupation with their own perceived victimization can have serious consequences for themselves and those around them.

When it comes to mortgages, percentages are particularly important. Your mortgage interest rate is expressed as a percentage, and that percentage determines how much you pay in interest every month. For example, if you have a $300,000 mortgage with a 4% interest rate, you’ll be paying $12,000 in interest every year, or $1,000 every month.

Meditation

To begin, find a quiet and peaceful space where you can sit comfortably. Sit with your back straight and your feet planted firmly on the ground. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to center yourself. When you feel relaxed and focused, begin to repeat your chosen mantra. This can be any word or phrase that resonates with you, such as “peace,” “love,” or “om.” Repeat your mantra in a soft and gentle manner, allowing the sound and vibration of the word to fill your mind.
